Reservation, payment and cancellation
After the reservation has been confirmed, an online “contract” will be signed to confirm that you accept the general conditions of sale.
A payment of 30% of the value of the chosen package is requested on the day of the session and can be paid via Paypal, Twint or Cash.
(For "dog models" sessions the total amount of 50 CHF is requested).
The remaining balance of the payment (including also the products ordered in addition) must be made within 30 days after the customer has placed his order. Until the balance is fully paid, the order cannot be delivered to the customer.
The customer can request a personalized payment plan if necessary.
Invoices are sent by e-mail and can be paid via bank/postal transfer, PayPal as well as Twint.
In case of cancellation, the customer is asked to notify the photographer as soon as possible, ideally no later than 24 hours before the photo shoot. Another date for the session will be arranged at no additional cost.
If the client is not present on the day of the session and has not notified the photographer sufficiently in advance, he will be charged an amount equal to the photographer's travel expenses.
In case of bad weather (rain, storm or wind storm), the session will be postponed. The client will be notified by the photographer as soon as possible.
Processing photos and ordering products
The client will receive an online access link to their private photo gallery, allowing them to choose the photos they wish to be edited.
Raw photos are included in the offers. More photos can be edited for an additional CHF 25 per photo.
The photographer reserves the right to refuse to process a chosen image if it presents "defects" during processing. In this case, the customer can choose another one instead.
The photographer processes the images according to her artistic choices. At the end of the photo processing, the customer will be able to access their photo gallery again to see the result. The client is entitled to request corrections with the agreement of the photographer.
The customer can order new images and other products up to one year after the photo session. Beyond that, the photographer cannot guarantee that she still owns the files.

Copyright and photos
The photos that are given to the client belong to the photographer and are not free of rights.
The private client can share and print their digital photos in HD and raw (unretouched) versions within the framework of family and friends. (Prohibited for sale and on social networks)
For publications on the internet and social networks, it is requested to use digital photos in WEB version which all contain the signature of the photographer. Photos must be published in full, without cutting or any modifications. They also cannot be used to participate in a contest.
For commercial use please contact the photographer.
The photographer may use the photographs on her social networks, advertising media, as well as for the sale of wall decorations and media to third parties (without humans - unless authorized by the persons concerned).
Delivery of digital images and other products
The customer receives the images and other products only after having paid for his order in full.
Digital images can be downloaded by the customer via their photo gallery.
The delivery of physical products is done according to what is agreed between the client and the photographer. Either in person or by mail.
After receipt of the order, the customer has 7 days to report a defect.
Your dog(s)
During the photo session, the owner of the photographed dog(s) is responsible for them.
The photographer undertakes to respect your dog(s) and reserves the right to refuse to take a photograph if she considers that it puts your animal in a position of discomfort or danger.
If you have a dog that has specific needs, do not hesitate to inform the photographer so that she can adapt.
Before starting the photo session, a moment will be dedicated to building trust with your companion, as well as with the discovery of the photographic equipment so that it is not disturbed during the session. If your pet shows that he is still not comfortable, the photos will be taken far enough away to avoid any stress.
Gift voucher and discounts
If the customer has a gift voucher or discount, he must announce it when making the appointment.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year after their issue.
The other discounts are valid according to the conditions which relate to the offer directly.
